Wett Ones Swimming Club provides a safe, inclusive, and supportive swimming community for LGBTQIA+ people and allies in Sydney. 

As one of the Australia’s largest Masters Swimming club with over 195 members, we offer:

  • Quality coaching and structured swimming training. 

  • Opportunities to compete locally, nationally, and internationally.

  • Dedicated women, non-binary and gender diverse sessions for representation and inclusion.

  • A vibrant social and community calendar, from ocean swims to Mardi Gras.

Keeping lanes open, coaches supported and events running takes resources. That’s why your support is so important — every dollar helps us continue to thrive.

How we invest with your support

Every contribution is reinvested directly into our swimmers and our community. Donations help us:

  • Secure more pool lanes across Sydney to meet growing membership. 

  • Support and develop our team of professional and trainee coaches. 

  • Cover essential running costs so membership fees remain affordable.

  • Provide uniforms and equipment for members representing us at competitions.

  • Deliver community events like our Swimming Meets and Mardi Gras float.

You could support the club in two ways - by making a donation or by becoming a sponsorship partner.

How to donate

We have partnered with the Australian Sports Foundation to make giving easy and secure. Donations of $2 or more are tax-deductible, and you’ll receive a receipt directly from ASF.

How to become a sponsorship partner

Sponsorship partners play a vital role in helping Wett Ones grow and succeed. Sponsorship gives us the stability to plan ahead, invest in our people, and deliver the events and visibility that make our club special.
